A minimum of $15,000 in available capital, a reasonable credit score, and a clean financial history without pending large judgments.
A minimum of 5 years of combined real estate experience, which can include partner contributions or you must have 5 years of sales/business development experience. A broker's license – either held personally or with a registered broker.
The Robinhood Realty Franchisee is required to promptly retain one support staff member, preferably within 90 days, in order to serve as an additional point of contact and undergo training in the Lonewolf programs.
